Strict vigilance will be kept over the students concerning the observance of the rules of discipline and behavior. If after warning, no sign of improvement is found and having informed the Parents/Guardians, no response is received, a Transfer Certificate will be issued without further delay.
Every student is expected to subscribe towards localcharities and other relief efforts if authorized by the Principal. But,Students are also forbidden:-
- to raise subscription
- to sell raffle tickets
- to give gifts to members of the staff
- to organize any picnic or tournament in the school without the Permission of the Principal.
- No books, Magazines or Newspapers may be brought in the school premises without the permission of the Principal. Postal letter addressed to the students in the school are subject to scrutiny by the Principal.
- Wearing of ring or any jewellery is forbidden.
- Students must look after their own things; the institution cannot hold itself responsible for books, money or other articles that get lost in the school premises or out of it. They should bear the mark of the owner for easy identification.
- Any kind of damage done in the school premises to furniture, library books, lab apparatus, etc. due to misconduct of students shall be recovered from his/her parents/guardians together with additional penalty.
- During the change of period class room silence and order should be maintained. The Monitor will be especially responsible for silent moving of pupils from one room to another.
- Running, playing and shouting in the school are bad manner and never allowed; and those found engaged in them are liable for punishment.
- The School Management shall not be liable for any damages /charge on account of injuries fatal or otherwise, which may be sustained by the students any time during his/her stay in school, while taking part in sports and in extra-curricular or any other form of activities of the school, within or outside the school premises. All expenses that may be incurred in the treatment of such injuries shall be borne by the parents/guardians as per rules of the school.
- That in consideration of the students being admitted by the parents; they agree with the School Management that the student will attend the school for the purpose of education at the request of the parents/guardians.
- Parents agree with the School Management that the students will attend the school regularly and will observe and comply with the rules and regulations.
- Catholic students are expected to practice monthly Sacrament of Reconciliation / Confession and participate in the Holy Eucharistic Celebration. While the Catholic students go for their religious actions, other students must attend value education programme being conducted by the school.
- All the students are answerable to the Principal for their conduct outside the school.
- It is expressly forbidden to purchase foods or drinks from unauthorized dealers at or near the school premises. Students are forbidden to bring plastic bottles, pouched items such as Kurkure, chips, etc. and also forbidden to bring toffees/sweets on the occasion of their birthdays.
- School is a plastic free zone. All should be particularly careful not to throw any papers, plastics, chocolate wrappers, bottles, etc, anywhere in the school premises except in the baskets or bins specially provided for this purpose.
- Smoking, chewing of pan, chewing gum, beetle nut or tobacco product, alcohol consumption, drug abuse, any form of verbal or written obscenity, etc. is strictly forbidden. Telling lies, fighting, bullying or ragging and use of un-parliamentary, foul language are strictly prohibited and punishable offences. If the students are found guilty of such offences, they will have to be withdrawn from the school at once.
- Students are to address their teachers and all members of the School Staff with due respect and politeness. Arrogance and challenging behavior towards teaching or non-teaching staff is forbidden.
- Students are not allowed to bring two wheelers to school or drive a four wheeler to school. Electronic gadgets, pen drives, smart phones, digital watches and diaries, toys, video games, PSPs, DVD, portable audio and video devices and any mass storage devices are forbidden in the school. If students are found guilty of this, it would mean confiscation of the unit, suspension for a period of one week and may lead to dismissal from the school.
- Two General Observation would amount to one General Remark which is a very serious breach of discipline and hence a deterrent to promotion or even dismissal from school. An observation is given in case of a minor breach of discipline.
- No books, periodicals, newspapers or printed matter of an objectionable nature must be brought into the school.
- Wearing of low waist pants or growing long hair by boys is not permitted.
